Self-Assessment Activity

How do you spend your days? Are weekday activities significantly different from weekends? How long is a day for you? To some people is it eight hours long; the rest of the twenty-four hours belongs to them. Others plan their day's activities in respond to others' demands and needs. If time remains, they then figure out what to do with it. Do you know where your time goes?

Take some time now to thinking about what you do with time. Do you like what you do with it? Who controls it? Don't worry about what we mean by 'each day.' It could be typical day for you, an average of most your day, or require two answers: one for weekdays, another for weekends. There are no right or wrong answers here... only what is. Your responses to the following queries are meant merely to help you find the best way through this trail of your journey. You may choose to answer these on a scratch pad, download the questions, print them out by pressing the print button on your browser. You may also choose to answer them in your word-processing program or by responding online by clicking on the scale or the text response box. None of your responses will be recorded; again, this is an activity which is to help you understand yourself better.
