Sandy is learning that a big key to self-care is understanding how much our thinking contributes to our feelings of pressure and stress. Putting things into perspective is part of this process. It is also important to find others to connect with, share ideas, and reduce feelings of isolation and despair. These ideas sound good, but putting them into practice seems easier said than done.
